    Dear Diary

I have a very special reason to talk to you. You know what ? I have topped all the sections of my standard. Yes ! It is no mean achievement, I'm so glad, so excited that I can't express it well.

Mom is happy, Dad is happy. And so are my teachers, particularly the class teacher. She's so nice. It was she who supported and guided me and made me believe in myself. This achievement means I will be getting Mother Genevieve Memorial Trophy on the prize distribution day. It means I can now ask for a new wrist watch, a new bicycle and of course a holiday trip with parents to Essel World and Water Kingdom ! Wow, isn't all that great? But, it also means that I'll have greater responsibility and bigger challenges to face in my next class . What do you say? One thing more, I'll have to take care that my success doesn't turn my head, Right? I think mom is calling me. I must go. Bye for now.

    Yours
